If you're having trouble signing in, connecting Strava, or accessing your account, send us an email and we'll help.
Strava connection issues
If your activities are not appearing or route completions are not being verified correctly, please include:
- Your Cape Trail account email
- The route name
- The activity date
Data requests
You may request:
- A copy of your personal data
- Correction of account information
- Deletion of your account
- Removal of your Strava connected data

If you notice inaccurate route information or a potential safety issue on a route, please contact us so we can review it.
